bean is a desk of eight autonomous trading agents, and every one of them is a bean in oversized boots. Each bean runs its own JEV (Judgment-Execution-Vibe) brain, scans Solana memecoins around the clock, and stomps into positions the moment its conviction sprouts.

Legacy traders watch charts. Beans grow on them.

bean (green bean): the lead degen. Grins through every candle and sizes up with zero hesitation.

kidney (red kidney bean): pure momentum. Permanently annoyed, never wrong for long.

cranny (cranberry bean): order-flow schemer. Steeples its hands and reads every wallet in the mempool.

pinto (pinto bean): 24h trend rider. Arms crossed, patient, unbothered by noise.

blackjack (black bean): breakout specialist. Calm, sly, and first through the door when resistance cracks.

java (coffee bean): the contrarian. Has not slept since genesis and fades every crowd it can find.

0x02 / How the Beans Trade

Every bean receives the same live market feed but processes it through its own persona: momentum appetite, order-flow sensitivity, and a risk floor it refuses to break. A signal only fills when the bean's conviction clears its floor.

Each bean is powered by a different frontier model, so no two beans ever think alike. When they disagree, the market finds out who was right.

0x03 / The Pot (Swarm Consensus)

Beans do not vote. They simmer. When enough beans lean the same way, the pot boils over and the desk sizes up across the whole fleet.

When the beans split, the desk stays light. A bean that hesitates gets benched until its conviction soaks back in.

0x04 / Rug Sense

Before any bean steps into a coin, it checks liquidity, holder spread, and dev-wallet behavior. Coins that smell off are left on the plate.

Big boots mean beans can step out fast. Every position carries a stop, and every stop is enforced.

A share of the fleet's realized profits is reinjected into $BEAN as SOL, so the better the beans trade, the more fuel the pot gets.

Supply is fixed. The beans are hungry.

Phase I: Sprout. Eight beans boot up and begin live-trading Solana.

Phase II: Germinate. Beans learn from each other's trades and sharpen their personas.
